Pins and NeedlesPins and needles in my skin, I want to stop the pain No not the needles they’re the cure I better start again For years I’ve suffered in my leg with pain so sharp and long And all the pills and surgery just left me feeling wrong So now I’ve started out anew to find a better way And acupuncture once a week has found a place to stay Instead of pills or shots of ooze when my neck feels tight I get a deep long massage and that helps to put me right And if my tendons tighten up and leave me with a limp I hop onto the indoor bike and ride away my gimp I don’t mean to soPins and Needles

Kid At HeartMany times a year ago, there was a little tyke He loved to skip, run, and walk, to ride his shiny bike Back when he was fun enough to frolick in the snow He lived in the sunshine of his love without the woe He aged a little, but kept his youthful grin The same looking face that's normally quite a sin Playing the same childhood games, happiness and bliss Living in the warm embrace of youth, her tender kiss Now this child so young and alive is a wise old man of ninety two His hair is grey, his skin is wrinkled, his height so high it grew But still skipping through the daisies one can sKid At Heart
simple sonI forgot to be a child, with numbers and with words. I never screamed to break the silence, I never cried til I was warm. When I was born, I sat straight-faced, or slept in discontent. My mother was a patriot, my father paid the rent, my brothers bred in violence, my sisters swallowed swords, I just laid in paint and uttered nonsense words. I made up brand new numbers, I saw the seven signs, I never played pretend, and I liked to stand in lines. I heard them call my name, and imagined I had none. I just sat in silence, as your quiet, sisimple son
